Preschool Classes

Ages 18 Months to 5 Years

Age appropriate obsticle courses of mats, blocks and beams are set up to introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Me & My Shadow

Ages 18 months - 3 years

*parent accompanied class

3, 4, & 5 year old classes

Recreational Classes

Ages 5+

All Recreational classes will include age and skill appropriate progressions.

Girls Rec Classes
gymnasts will rotate between vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, long tramp and foam pit
- *intermediate classes, students should have a general understanding of basic gymnastics skills and terminology. Skills include bridge kickover, standing backbend and pullover on bars
Boys Rec Classes
gymnasts will rotate between floor, rings, parallel bars, vault, long tramp and foam pit

Preschool Open Gym

Ages 5 and under

Mon & Fri 2:00-3:00

SATURDAYS 8:45-9:45

$15 cash/check

No preregistration necessary.

Homeschool Open Gym

Ages 6+

Mondays 2:00-3:00

(concurrent with preschool open gym)

OPEN GYM

Ages 13+

Fridays 7:00-8:00

No preregistration necessary

$15 cash/check
