Welcome to Northern Lights Gymnastics

Northern Lights Gymnastics has provided gymnastics instruction to children of the Upper Valley since 1984!  In its current location since 1987. NLG is committed to creating a fun and safe environment to learn gymnastics!

As of December 2022, NLG is under new ownership! We want to thank Jill Vanderpot for over 20 years of ownership and her dedication to the sport of gymnastics.
