Northern Lights Gymnastics and the NLG Staff are committed to providing a positive learning experience for all who attend our programs and classes. NLG, established in 1984, has been at the current location since 1987 and ever since has been providing children of the Upper Valley with many opportunities for fun. By following proper gymnastics progressions, we ensure both safety and success.

Northern Lights Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics Member Club. All instructors complete the USA Gymnastics Safety Course and are also certified in First Aid and CPR. Northern Lights Gymnastics has an AED on site.
